    Talk to our Financial Advicer and get the best choice of Spanish mortgages in Spain. Normally up to 80% of the purchase price of the property and in some special cases even 100%

    Some points to consider:

    1. Interest rates are lower in Spain at the moment
    2. No need to re-mortgage your main home
    3. Set up costs equal approximately 4% of the amount advanced
    4. Sterling would need to be converted into euros and transferred
    to your Spanish bank.
